Today we talk to Giselle about training, diet and why she became a personal trainer.
What motivates you go to keep going to the gym?
I am motivated to go the gym everyday because I know I am only getting closer to my goal. Also the gym has a lot of benefits, I feel stronger physically as well as mentally from going to the gym and receive a positive vibe and just that extra energy boost for the rest of my day.
When did you realise you wanted to be part of the fitness industry?
I realised I wanted to be part of the fitness industry when I started getting closer to my goals. I felt amazing and could see how my results were only motivating me more. I wanted others to share this feeling so I became a personal trainer to give others the same uplifting experience.
