It was so long ago I wouldn't be able to tell you. All I know is I must have loved it because I haven't stopped training since.

What motivates you to go keep going to the gym?

Setting goals and seeing results. I have targets I aim for and continually strive to achieve them. On certain days I can find the motivation to train challenging, but when l feel like this I make a conscious decision to change my mind set, stop complaining, and just do it.

Homemade chicken, spinach and mango pizza on a whole meal base… YUM! When I am in comp prep I drop the mango unfortunately.

You can't train every body shape the same. Your body shape no matter what it is can look great, you just need to learn what training is best for you, be patient and realistic.
